You Probably Shouldn't Read This Post

Today has seen a tremendous transformation. I have just finished my very last exam ever. Ever! EVER! EVERRRRRRRRRR!

No more exams!

Well until the resits, that is. I’m pretty sure I failed two out of three of my exams. I’m not a business-y type girl. My brain doesn’t understand Porter’s Five Competitive Forces Analysis… If I have failed the business exams, which is likely, then I’ll have another chance to do them in a few months. So that’s me. All finished for the summer. Woooooo!

Next step – France!

No one was up to partying with me tonight…Indigo is at the cinema with her boyfriend and the others still have exams to sit. I am drinking vodka and Ribena alone. Ribena?? I don’t know; it was the only soft drink I had in my flat…

This will not be the most literate of posts, as I’m on my third glass now. Also I’m a bit of a lightweight.

If there was a way to have an online party I think I would propose it now. I don’t like tonight, I’m supposed to be happy, celebrating the fact that I’ve finished university and am about to embark on an ‘adult’ life. But I’m sad. I’ve had an argument with my brother, and I’m alone. I think I shall run away to the woods where I will live as an owl.

And there is a vodka pixie who has been in my fridge, taken half a bottle of vodka and some Ribena and run away with it. I don’t think it’s very funny. I don’t like pixies very much.

Does anybody fancy a little party on my blog? You know, whisky, Bourbon for Tom, vodka, wine and for my lovely Despina; paella? And of course some drunken conversations. They’re always the best.

Anyone? No?

Just me then...

I'd be totally interested except that I'm still at work right now. Once in awhile I do get to drink at work but today wouldn't be a good day for it haha.

Well done on finishing your exams, even if you did fail (I've never seen anyone be so nonchalant about it) and have to take them again. Take some time off and enjoy yourself (and, apparently, France).

I'll be going out to a bar after work for some drinking and pool with a friend so I'll have a Guinness in your honor, how about that?

YES!!! Yaassss! Good man!!

I'm not nonchalant! Well, okay, perhaps a little...Que Sera Sera!

There are too many exclamation marks in this comment!!!!

Wow, that last sentence is the funniest thing I've seen all day. And I've needed to see funny things today. 4 more hours until I'm out of here for the night!

Margaritas? I will come by for those.

Margaritas, yes of course! why didn't I think of that before?! Margaritas for Drew!!!!

I quite enjoy margaritas actually. I could mix all the drinks up and make a punch!

Vodka and Ribena!! that sounds ghastly'. Since you have a bit of time on your hands maybe you can get round to updating your "L'amour" blog. Waiting for the next instalment :-)
Well done on finishing exams. Think positive...

Where are you up to with your naughty Ribena my dear? I hope you didn't make me any virtual Paella as I'm busy fighting with Jez, I made a yamulka out of a prawn cracker and decorated it with felt tips but he didn't like it so he made me eat it then I spat it into his hair then he threw me on the floor :(
Hooray, no more exams for you! Hope you get chance to go out and celebrate properly! If you do have to resit, you'll be in good company, don't worry :)

Oh dear my Ribena has run out, I've no juice to mix...this one girl party at princess HQ has been rather odd, I must say. I think I cried. I ate a chocolate muffin and lost it halfway through. I sat on it, it's squashed into the sofa. Yummy!

Sugar, I am waiting on FP to update l'amour est beau! He's a post behind me! I'll get on at him, but I suppose tomorrow I may go on ahead without him, as I shall have the whole day free woooo!

Despina I ate all the paella myself! I waited for you for a whole five minutes, but after the vodka I was craving something filling for my tummy so I stuffed it all into my belly and now I shall have to roll to bed instead of walk. Tell J I think he is very rude for not having accepted your gift of felt tip decorated prawn cracker yamulka. Men!! They never know a good thing when they see it. Pfffft.

Yes he is so ungrateful isn't he! I hope you enjoyed the paella and didn't squash that into the sofa too, hidden seafood can be nasty! Sorry for standing you up dear, now I've seen the results I promise never to do it again...
Make sure you drink lots of water before bed and watch a terrible chick flick!

What is Ribena???

vodka == martinis

Princesse Ecossaise said...

lol!! yes, water. lots. No chick flick though. I watched Big Brother. I've had enough rubbish for one night!

Ribena, TD, my dear friend, is a well known children's drink. A squash fruit juice where you add water to the syrup. It's purple and tastes of berries. It's also 'toothkind'

T.D. Newton said...

Well known where YOU live, perhaps. I wonder if they sell it in CO. And, if they do, I will be sure to mix it with vodka just to get an idea of what's going on over there hahahaha.

Drunken conversations are gonna be difficult cause I'm on the other side of the Atlantic, but you can always post drunken blog entries - I'll read ! :D

What a fantastic party it was last night! And I wake up to find it's still going on over here - that is a sign of a good party.

TD I highly doubt Ribena is sold over there, it seems to me it's very English. You shall just have to come to Scotland to get an idea of what it's like to drink Ribena and vodka!

Colbykilt! Good on ya! Do you measure whisky in fingers over there????

sugar007 said...

Miss D- Sob sob, left all my Jeeves and Woosters at home in the UK. Which one did you watch??

ColbyPants said...

well not always, but it is the old fashioned way to measure bourbon.

and it sure sounds lie you had vodka and kool aid last night, which is brillian!

Kool aid? That sounds familiar to me, I think I had that when I was in Canada, yes yes I'm sure I did! And it is rather similar to Ribena, just not as watery I don't think...Anyway, it went down well the ther night, I think I have discovered a wonderful new drink!

my girlfriend loves vodka and blue kool aid, so I am sure its a good combo ;)
